At Frillow Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While many of our products are custom and made to order, we do accept returns on non-personalized items under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us using our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your personalized item has an issue, please reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.
